REF: source for edited videos

Dear LM_NETters,

        I've had a request for a source from which to order
edited versions of current videos.  The particular video of
interest for this version is _Higher Learning_.  If anyone
knows of a source, please reply to me personally.  If there is
any interest, I will post a HIT: of answers.
