GEN: News of the Past CD

Can anyone help me locate a CD-ROM called News of the Past? It was
mentioned in a LM_NET posting, but I have not been able to get any more
information about it either from the person who made the posting or from
any of our suppliers of CD-ROM products. Apparently the CD will provide
historical information on any specific date from 1880 to 1992. Any information on 
how to obtain this CD,
will be greatly appreciated.
