I am the library-media specialist at a fairly large (1100) middle school. We have a team coordinators council that meets as a group weekly and then reports back to their teams, which also meet weekly. I am trying to find the most efficient way to meet with all of these staff members (about 80 people) so that I can keep up to date on their programs. It is difficult to get to every team meeting, and the team council is a paid stipend (not an option this year, I'm told). Right now I meet people in the library, the lab, the lunchroom, workroom, halls, washrooms, etc. Our network with e-mail will help to an extent when it becomes available next month. What do any of you find to be a successful way to handle this? Carol Sturz
