TECH: Internet blocking software questions

Are any of you using Interenet blocking software such as SurfWatch?  If
so, which one, how do you like it, why did you select it, do you have an
AUP in place in your lmc, etc? I need this type of info for a
presentation on Sept. 6 to a group of Georgia library professionals.
