        Hello y'all:
        My district is in the process of writing a grant. The focus of the
initiative is the collaboration of the media
specialist and classroom teacher to provide instruction to children. The
twist is:  training   teams of media
specialist and teacher will provide professional development to other media
specs. and teachers in the whole concept of teacher/media spec
collaboration. In other words, peer coaching by a med spec and teacher to
other med spec and teacher.
        We are looking for any research you may have come across that
addresses this model. We've checked Carl, the
LM_Net files and Eric. Any suggestions? Any articles you've read, books,
etc. that address this issue?
