GEN:Inservice Suggestions

Dear Fellow LM_Netters,
After a couple of months of eager anticipation, the networks in my new
library-media center will finally be installed!  Now comes the
interesting part...
My principal would like me to set up an in-service program to familiarize
the teachers of my school with the use of the electronic card catalog and
with the new CD-ROM network.  Time is not the issue (we have several
blocks of time available for staff training),  however I do want this to
be a pleasant and productive session for staff members.
Would you please share your experiences (good AND bad) on this type of
staff training.  Any suggestions would be welcome!
