GEN: The Animals' Merry Christmas

We are trying to locate the book "The animals' Merry Christmas" by
Kathryn Jackson and illustrated by Richard Scarry.  We have been told
that it is out of print and have tried the local new and used book
stores (as far as Salt Lake City).

Does anyone have an WWW address for a bookseller (or anyone) who
might be able to help locate this book?
