Web Site for Postcard Requests

We've seen a number of requests go thru various lists from
teachers looking for other classrooms interested in postcard
exchanges.

We've decided to try out a simple web page created to serve as
a meeting place for teachers interested in postcard exchanges.

Visitors can submit requests and/or view other requests. Because
the site is brand new, there are not reqests posted yet. But
hopefully that will change!
