Ask-A Scientist

I had a couple of students full of energy come into the library wanting
to "ask-a-scientist..."  Apparently their teacher had mentioned this to
them.  I knew there was such a site/program and found it with an
Altavista search but could only find archives.  I couldn't find any way
to post a question.  I seem to vaguely remember that it may have been
discontinued.  Is that true?  If not, how do you post a question?  TIA
