Media Specialist Colleagues,
This past week my district supervisor informed us that all videos that
have the disclaimer "For Home Use Only" have to be removed from the
shelves because of infringement of copyright law. My principal was not
happy, because 3/4s of the collection was removed. She wants them back on
the shelves. If the "For home use only" is indeed an infringement, what
resources can I state to back the law.
