In Parma, Ohio with 21 schools, 13,000 students, and 14 media specialist,
we would like to devise a form for k-12 MS to keep track of all the
service we provide that is not circulation.  Many of us have min-computer
labs within our Media Centers, we do circulate the more expensive
equipment such as TV/VCR's.  Some of us have clerical staff all day and
some MC, the clerks are the defacto librarians.  Any help would be much
appreciated.
