  The December 20th release of Netscape Communicator 4.0 handles this quite
well with individual user profiles and folders. Get it at:

ftp://ftp8.netscape.com/pub/communicator/4.0/4.0b1/windows/n32e40b1.exe

                         You can also try ftp9, ftp10, etc.

    The file n32e40b1.exe is the typical install at 5.6 megs
    The file c32e40b1.exe is the full install at 9.4 megs (req. 22 megs)

   It looks quite different from the old Navigator (menu bar is vastly
different), but so far I have been pleased with this new version.
