TECH: Saving a backup of my Address file(eudora & AOL)

Can anyone tell me how to save an address file when you use Eudora.  I've
put lots of nicknames and groups in, and I'd hate to loose it.

What about AOL. My son has an account through them and would like to save
his address book as he lost it once when he upgraded the AOL version.  Is
there a way?
