I agree about the copyright issues. Let students make their own copies
and pay for them. That way you are out of the loop and not violating
copyright.  Also students understand this - better than saying I won't
make copies for you if you do have a free copy machine available and
they know it.  I have xerox copies of things in my literary criticism folders
which I am going to purge because of copyright issues.
