TARGET:Automation

I'm interested in hearing from those of you who have used Brodart Automated
Catalog/Circ in your library.  Our school is leaning toward choosing them
as a software company, but it's a big decision and I'd like to know how
they are with tech support, etc. Others in the running are Winnebago and
