The text of the bill is available at:

You might want to aheck Sections 502 and 509 (Sec.230).

I have made copies of pertinent sections to circulate among concerned
staff members. Hard to say if the "defenses" that appear to be built-in
will work to protect school libraries when students use our computers to
access porn, despite all the things we do to prevent it.

I am wondering if any schools or districts have had their attorneys
scrutinize this law? I just spoke with a librarian at the L. A. County
Office of Education, and she did not think they had done a study. I don't
think our district has either. How about your district or school?
