I was using MacCarder to print catalog cards, but we no longer have our
old Mac and the ImageWriter printer, so I would like to purchase a
program that works with a laser printer. We have both Mac (PowerMac
7500) and PC (486SX, 16MGS RAM) capability, but I would prefer a PC
program only because we have 1 Mac and 4 PC's -- better chance of having
a PC available. At this time I'm only interested in a card printing
program - an automated system is still far out of our reach.

I'm looking at relatively inexpensive programs like UltraCard,
Librarian's Helper, MacCalm, etc. and I would appreciate any
recommendations, suggestions, warnings or ? The catalog description of
Librarian's Helper says that the vendor doesn't recommend using a laser
printer, but doesn't say why; if anyone is using the program and a laser
I would really like to hear from you. I have ordered some free demo
disks from Brodart, but always think hearing from someone actually using
the software is very helpful.

Please respond to me and I will post a hit, if replies warrant.

TIA!
