ADMIN: Netiquette - re-posting personal replies with names

Just a reminder: When someone sends you a personal reply, check with them
before turning around and sharing it with the entire list.  Sometimes it
can be sensitive and the person would prefer that 6,000 or so folks
didn't see it.

The one major exception to this would be responses to a TARGET->.
Everyone should realize that if you respond to a TARGET-> the responses
will appear in a HIT->
