Emergency Librarian is a bi-monthly publication with circulation in Canada and the U.S. Yes, Ken Haycock did start it and is still the publisher. Of course, I'm biased since I write the Computer Software Review and Internet Resources columns, but it is a good publication with many though provoking articles.
