Our school district is studying the pros and cons of sending computers
home with teachers during the summer.  We need this information:
        1.  Copies of procedures, policies, guidelines
        2.  Preparation procedures prior to check-out.  Who does this?
        3.  Teachers' obligation if equip is stolen/broken
        4.  Equipment return procedures - cleaning, virus-check, etc.
