I need more resources for Take Our Daughters to Work Day (Thursday, April 25,
1996) for our Middle School. I'm looking for Jean Kilbourne's work, the speaker
who presented programs analyzing popular advertisements and their portrayal
of women, men and children. She has two films, _Killing Us Softly_ and
_Still Killing Us Softly_. The latter is dated 1987. At the end are 2
addresses: the production company and Ms. Kilbourne's address. Does
anyone know if these addresses would still be valid? Has she produced
any more material since then? Where is she now and is she still speaking?
Is there anymore material relative to this topic that would be applicable
to TODTW Day for grades 6-8? I have already ordered the kit from the MS
foundation,but need supplemental.
