SEC: Tech: Busi.Ed. software

Our business ed teacher is using record keeping software on Apple IIes for
student instruction.
This program is from South-Western and it's called _Record Keeping
Applications Using the Microcomputer_.
This particular program is no longer available in MAC format and she needs
something "great" to use on her new Apple 5200s.  Suggestions have been to
create her own program using Claris.  Because of our unique educational
situation she needs a program which directs the student and allows him/her
to be almost completely independent.
Any suggestions for a good tutorial type record keeping program?  Thanks.
