SEC: An Election Year Question

Fellow LM_Netters, we need your help.  Our department is attempting to
identify the key personnel  within the secondary education community
(positions or titles only please, not individual names) who have a special
interest in materials and information resources that pertain to the state
electoral and legislative processes.  In addition to civics, social studies,
and government teachers, who are the consumers for this information at your
institution, district, system, and state.  Are there any special student
groups, such as 4-H, that study how the local legislature functions? We
sense that there is a wide variety of individuals who are interested in this
area of study. Your responses will help us to better understand who they are
