TARGET: Netherlands history

Dear LM_NETTERS,
     I have a sixth grade student who is working on a country report on the
Netherlands.  She would like to compare Netherlands in 1996 with Netherlands
in 1945.  She is quite interested in the life of Anne Frank.  Does anyone
have any idea where such information can be found?  She wants things like
population, government leaders, etc.  Thank you so much!
