TARGET: high school library needs help

 I posted this earlier in the year; perhap now that here is a summer lull,
 some of you might have some extra time to offer assistance.

 We are a private school with an extremely outdated and dismal library.  At
 this point, the school does not even employ a library media specialist and
 therefore, i am turning to you gfor assistance.  I have been asked to
 generate a generic proposal for upgrading or, more precisely, completely
 refurbishing and establishing a library media center.  If anyone has an
 existing grant proposal or an outline for one or some genral good advise,
 please contact me soon.  I have put this on the backburner for quite a while
 now and I really could use some direction
