newsletter software

        A few months back I read a software review for a new product to set
up school newsletters (columns, grathics, notice boxes, photographs, etc).
Now that my children's school is considering a purchase of this type of
software I can't put my hands on it.  I don't remember the producer, but
know it rated 4+ stars.  Do any of you have suggestions for purchase?  TIA
