The author, Clancy J.Wolf, gives some background on aups, and then gives
samples from schools in Michigan, Hawaii and Indiana, as well as one from
Florida which he revised to fit his own needs in a Washington state school.
Hope this helps some of you. I know I found this site MUCH more helpful
than the college and system-wide aups.
