LM_NET Archive

Dear LM_NET Colleagues,

Dan came across an experiment, which is the "Webbified" archival of the
LM_NET postings. We may as well make it public!

Thanks to the hard and creative work of the AskERIC staff, LM_NET can now
search: 1) LM_NET Current month, 2) LM_NET 1996, and 3) LM_NET 1995. (Plus
some other discussion groups.)

Location: http://ericir.syr.edu/cgi-bin/wwwwais

Once you get into viewing the message retrieved, you will be able to sort
messages by: Date, Thread, Subject or Author!

Whoopee!

Be sure to specify which of the AskERIC Archives you want to search. The
searcher allows selection from eight different discussion groups that are
archived by AskERIC.

Or, if you prefer, you may go directly to the AskERIC Listserv Archives:
Location: http://ericir.syr.edu/Virtual/Listserv_Archives/

From there you can scroll down to the LM_NET selection, and click on it.
You will then be given the choice of the month you want to view, by
Thread, Date, Subject or Author.

Please note: When viewing by the latter method, be prepared to wait
awhile, since the size of the month's messages can easily approach 90K.
