Eccentrics

Please forgive me, but my mailbox went through an unscheduled housecleaning (a
helpful daughter).  Within the past month there was a letter requesting info
about Canadian eccentrics, I am looking for the email address of the writer,
Bill Richardson.

I have skimmed the archives, but didn't see it.  If anyone has it and would
contact me I would appreciate it.  Thank you.
