MIDDLE: interview lesson ideas

Dear group;
        I am scheduled for my first ever professional
interview, and I only have till Wednesday to prepare.  I was
just notified by mail that I need to prepare a lesson to teach
the interview committee.  The lesson should be appropriate for
grades 6-8.  I will not have any reference sources or
technology available. The interview is at the school district
offices.  Presentation length 15-20 minutes.  I am about ready
to cancel my interview if it wasn't for this great group.  Can
any of you give me an idea to get me started?  School is closed
in this area as of tommorrow, so my supplies and resources are
limited.
Does anyone have any ideas?  TIA
