Technology Specialist Needed

I know that some of you can help us out.  We are going to have a
position next year in our middle school for a Technology
Specialist.  It is an out of the classroom position for staff
development and working with the teachers with their classes
using MACs and software in the curriculum and ultimately using
multimedia presentation software.  We want to write a job
description so we can advertise, and I'd like input as to what
other things we might ask for.  How would we word it to get the
right person.  I want someone also who can work well with the
library media center in doing these projects.  Any ideas will be
