Hi Amy, I just went flexible scheduling in my K-6 media center this past year. I found Jan Buchanan's book "Flexible Access Library Media Programs" very helpful. It is published by Libraries Unlimited, Inc. of Englewood, Colorado. I had 2 presentations to my staff before we went flexible. One that i explained how I felt it would benefit us and one from a media specialist at another school that had gone flexible the year before.
