Hit: British RAF pilot

Thanks to everyone who emailed me information on Douglas Bader, the RAF
pilot who flew missions in World War II even though he had lost his legs
in 1931.  Many wanted to know if the book, Reach for the Sky by Paul
Brickhill, was still available.  Mike Prince from Econoclad Books called me
