USA only: Library Club Constitution

I recently started working at a Jr./Sr. high school that no longer has a
library club.  In order to start up the club and an account , we
have to have a Constitution or By Laws.  Would anyone in the US
be willing to send me a copy of their Constitution or By Laws.
