HIT: Gumdrop books

This is really a mini-hit and thank you because many have responded from
all over (more from Texas than anywhere else) and I hit the delete a couple
of times before thanking.

It's a genuine small book company offering onsite service which many are
happy with.  For several it boils down to whether or not you like the
Gumdrop style: sales visits in which you get to look at actual books rather
than a catalog.

Possible problems:  Check the copyright dates carefully -- some books may
be a little old for your collection.  One respondent said that if you want
full MARC records they have to be done to order and that takes a long time.
Books don't have reinforced bindings but the company guarantees them.
