CO JOBAS?

I would like to get in touch with some reps of CEMA (Colorado
Educational Media Association) with regards to school media
specialists in Colorado.  I am planning on moving somewhere
near the Springs within the next year or two, and would like to
find out about the profession within that area--especially
Elementary schools.

I have a "dream job" right now, and don't want to change until
I have another great one...Some of my questions involve:

        Are certified school media specialists required by the
state?
        Flexible scheduling?  Where are you in CO?  Which
school systems within an hour around the Springs support it?
        Which systems realize the need for and fund a full-time
library secretary/aid in Elementary and Middle schools?
        Where are the schools with regards to technology?
