TECH: Web Whacker

Greetings All:  Approximately three weeks ago one of our members attended a
tech conference in Florida where she learned about a Microsoft product
called Web Whacker.  In essence, the product allows the user to download a
page or an entire web site.  This site could then be used in a computer lab
for students for research.  The lab would not need Internet access.  What a
boon to those of us who have limited access and are facing financial
constraints!  Has anyone been able to purchase, use, experiment with this
product, which I believe may be in CD-Rom format?  If so, please share your
experiences.  Thanks in advance to all who respond.
