Periodical jobbers

Our district is in the process of taking bids for the periodicals to be used
in our school libraries.

Two jobbers submitted bids that we were not familiar with.  Black Magazine
Service and Marcos Publishing are the two.  Has anyone had any dealings with
them?
I am sure they must be reputable but I have never heard of them.  Please let
us know of any experiences you may have had with them.
