SEC:Outcomes for library skills

Hi There:
I am wondering if any of you secondary librarians had to write exit outcomes
for your 12th graders? We have gone through the entire process in our
district and I am required to have some kind of a testing mechanism for
library skills.  Since my skills teaching is always incorporated in projects
through the classroom teachers, I've decided the only way to do this is to
put together some kind of a checklist of the required skills.  If anybody
out there has any experience with this please share it with me.  You can
