My VP has asked me to contact you regarding something known as the Rochester(NY
) Plan. It deals with HS teachers mentoring a group of students through four ye
ars of high school.  Have any of you heard of this specific plan or something l
ike it?  Our HS is considering this concept starting in August '96.  Please res
