SILVERSTEIN ADDRESS

Today I was asked a question by a teacher and, frankly, I'm not sure
of the answer.
   First, she requested the address of author and poet, Shel
Silverstein.    Then, she suggested that her son is a huge Silverstein
fan.  She asked whether Silverstein would autograph a recently purchased
copy of his latest book if she mailed it to him with a return envelope
included.  I have never had a request like this and wonder myself.  Has
anyone done this successfully?
