i am a student of library science at western md college in
westminster,md.i have been using MCI for everything. about a year ago MCI
offered the same package as AT&T (mainly the unltd. service package for a
set price and tech support). my monthly rate is 9.95 with an 800 number
for access (i am not near any of the other numbers.) the tech support is
as
you have described with AT&T and has caused me some problems, but i can
work this out. drivers have to be compatible, etc. and patience is
extremely important but i am on-line and they do try awful hard to keep
you happy.

happy trails
