TARGET: LMS Evaluation

Good  Evening  List,
      I have seen mentioned in this forum a document much like a guideline,
template or set of questions that would, and in these latter days, should
be employed by the right-thinking principal to evaluate the performance of
a Library Media Specialist.  This document, which I believe someone in this
group has and can again point me to is a method of evaluation to be
preferred over one which looks at the evaluee as though that person was a
classroom teacher.  Can anyone help me out here?  Print or electric, it
does not matter.
