I think that an office specialist who remodels office areas is needed.
The proper furniture as well as varing your tasks would help. I developed
back problems and finally fell over a carelessly places bookbag in a
small area. That lead to back surgery. I have since gone to physical
therapy and have learned the importance of ergonomically designed office
furnishings. A subject that was not in vogue 19 years age when I started
as a Librarian. Good Luck.
