Thanks to all who responded to my "What are chitlins and how are they served
question". I have not heard from anyone that has eaten them. ... I have
received enough ideas on how to prepare and serve them to start a small
cookbook.....The second grade teacher was really impressed with the fast
results of my question and is going to share the information with her
students tomorrow. Thanks again..
