REF: Singapore Crime Statistics

Help ASAP!

I have an eleventh grade student working or a report in which he wants
to compare crime rates in Singapore to crime rates in the United States.

We have looked in a variety of sources and either I'm looking in the
wrong places or it's not in our collection.

Can someone suggest sources to answer this question and ones like it?
