ELEM,MIDDLE:Departmentalized Classes 3-6

  Our elementary school teachers would like to gather information on
departmentalizing grades 3-6.  Would appreciate receiving the pros and the
cons of such an undertaking.  What problems did you encounter?  We are a
small rural school with 3rd and 4th grades combined .Please respond
