REF: Can't find out about convictions in fetal seat belt death

Please help me.

I am searching the web for information about women who have been
accused or convicted of child abuse or neglect for causing the death of a
fetus either by not wearing seat belts or by substance abuse. Or about
men convicted of this because of abusing the mother.

Either I am not using the right search terms or there is nothing on the
web about this. Does anyone remember a case like this in their area?

A student needs this information for a debate on Thursday, November 21.
