LM_NET: Library Media Networking
What a difference a sales representative makes! During last school
year I posted the question on LM_NET concerning the type of library
automation software schools were using. At that time I said that I had
Follett and that I liked the product but was unhappy with the service.
Shortly after my message I received many calls including several from
Follett. My sales rep, Tim Anderson, came to my school and we discussed my
concerns. Then Tim arranged a special time to come back in the summer to
help me update to Unison. He stayed two days helping me with the
transition. Tim made the difference in how I feel about Follett - obviouly
I'm happy with this service. Thanks to Tim Anderson.
