searching for poem title, author

I have a new teacher at the high school who is looking for a poem that
she remembers as being called "Cheers".  The first line is something like "
The Frogs and the serpents had a football game" I have looked in all my
resources and have not found anything helpful.  If someone recognizes
this and could help we would both appreciate it muchly.
